Your superheroes are growing and have numerous challenges to deal daily. They are expected to score good marks, to act in play to scoring the maximum runs in the colony match and what not. But ever wondered about their diet? We list down the best superfoods that will give maximum firepower to sure super heroes.


Remember Popeye the sailorman. The childhood hero whose muscles bulged as he gobbled the can of spinach. Well, it’s not true entirely but spinach is definitely one of the top super foods for your kids.


The market is flooded with host of option when it comes to berries and they all are super beneficial for your kids. Blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, apart from good taste, have potassium, vitamin C, fiber, carbohydrates and antioxidants. They also have very less cholesterol and fat. Add these to milk or yogurt or oatmeal and voila! The tasty treat is ready. 


Oatmeal is very rich in fiber and whole grains like these digest slowly which provides kids with steady supply of energy. Research also says that the kids who eat oatmeal are more attentive in school.

Eggs are superfoods and they not just give protein but are rich in more than dozen vital minerals and vitamins needed by body. It also contains choline, a vital nutrient for brain development. So from fried egg to scramble to omelet, just ask the kids what they love.

It will also fight digestion problems your superheroes might face at times and will fight bad bacteria in the gut. There can be multiple ways to serve yogurt to kids and fresh fruit is one good option.
